I really enjoyed just finishing…..

So it has been way to long since I last wrote…but I must forgive myself and forget! You see for me this is supposed to be enjoyable. Of course I will still hold myself accountable and try write more often. I do find writing truly gratifying, I just don’t prioritize the time...

It’s been eventful at my studio today finalizing a number of paintings. I have to say I really enjoyed just completing some pieces today (signatures, varnishing and some touch ups). At first it was difficult…you see when I go to my studio (usually once a week) I am always so excited to start a new piece or continue with a piece that I know is going to be great. So this leaves me to neglect finishing a piece or two…or three…

So today…it feels awesome to just be completing… Time and again we all get that amazing feeling when we complete something…such as projects, chores and workouts… Yes it is just awesome! I love finishing things...

Next week I get to start a new painting...feeling great and without looking at my unfinished work!
